Our Staff
Pritchard is committed to employing the most knowledgeable and seasoned technicians available. Employees go through a pre-hire examination that tests their knowledge of code, system operations, and field expertise. Once hired, our technicians regularly attend code seminars and factory training sessions to keep up to date on the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries.
Pritchard holds Michigan licenses for all residential and commercial HVAC-related applications as well as Master and Contractor licenses for plumbing and electrical work. Pritchard is also a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau.
Owner Jason Crain has over a decade of experience in the HVAC fields. He has a Mechanical Contractors License and has received extensive training in boiler installation, water heater service, and TracPipe installation. Jason is also active in several industry/community associations, including the Livonia Chamber of Commerce, ACCA (Air Conditioner Contractors of America), Michigan ACCA, Business Networking International (BNI), and BSF International.
Plumbing manager Jay Bergeron has nearly two decades of plumbing experience and holds the Master and Contractor licenses for Pritchard’s Plumbing Division. He is a leader in the Western Wayne Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors Association and an active member of BNI.
Electrical manager Mike Noonan has over a decade of electrical experience and holds the Master and Contractor licenses for Pritchard’s Electrical Division. He is an active member of BNI.
