Based in Livonia, MI, Pritchard Incorporated is a family-owned & operated company serving residential and commercial customers throughout SE Michigan with a wide range of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Founded in 1954, the company has been run by three generations of the Pritchard/Crain family. During that time Pritchard has developed a reputation for unsurpassed customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and fair pricing. Pritchard is certified by the Environmental Protection Agency to handle Freon.
